I think this is such a great way of having compassion for ourselves. When I think of little Emiliy - I picture a child and want to share encouragement and love with her. I know she'd be loving what I am creating now - even the things that are a mit meh for big Emily.
I really enjoyed reading through this post, Adam! First of all, the title of the paragraph "Little you" is just so adorable. I've also been thinking along these lines: If I met myself as a kid, would that kid think I'm cool? Doing a great job at being awesome? Want to grow up into someone like me? It really does make you feel good to see yourself through little you!
