All of these reasons resonate with me but especially it’s the job you can continue for as long as you live and the skill just continues to develop. I’ll also add I love it because there is always something to learn, to discover - it’s never boring. 🥳
I’m an illustrator because of the love of stories. I am a visual person and I like to express stories with visuals...for me words are supporting characters. Also, “color” is what I love the most whenever illustrating any subject which brings out mood and feeling and leaves the impression on the viewer for long time. I like the freedom of exploration we get to choose while exploring characters and environments they live in, building stories and moments.
