What to stack, and what not to stack.

A Sketch I did and never finished, but it was good practice.

I love learning from the experiences of others if I can. Earlier this week I read this thing that said, do’t schedule 2 big deadlines on the same week. I did not learn from reading that, So I’m learning from experience working to hit 2 deadlines over the weekend. It’s going well, it just would have been better if I staggered it.

Don’t Stack Datelines

So I’ve been writing Adams Notes everyday over 2 months, these things stack up! Now that there is some momentum I think I could predict that I will continue to write this for months to come. To help myself over the next 10 months I’m choosing to write around a single theme each month for the next 10 months. Then we’ll look back on the year and make new plans. Writing everyday is one of my favourite habits.

Stack Good Habits

In November I’ll be writing about “Habit - as an illustrator”, To help me think about what I’m writing and experience it in a new way, I’m going to stop drinking coffee for the month and use that phantom urge to build some new Habits. It’s going to be fun!

Hey, can I ask you to invite a friend to join us? I promise you’re in very good company!

Aight back to those deadlines!
