Am Afternoon, Night, and morning of an illustrator.
12pm: Jazz Scene: Japan on Apple Music , work on iPad App Design for client (part time day job)
3pm: Tuna and Beans for ‘Lunch’
4.45pm: Invoice Design Client
5pm: Work on picture-book Spread
7pm: Pilates with Wife (And baby in tow)
7.20pm: Reading and Playtime with baby. We played with a Mr. Potato Head and catching. We read a book about bookshops. And sang some nursery rhymes.
9.15: Pray with family, feed baby milk, and she’s out for the day.
9.30: Plan tomorrow. Wind down, play Football Manager on the phone
10.30: Sleep
4am: Protein Bar & coffee in the studio. Email with publishing client.
4.30am: Sketch Book Covers (Can’t wait to show you!)
8am: Write Newsletters, Draw icon of the day
9am: Take family for a picnic in the park with friends.
11am: Salad at a cafe
💎 A time log over a period of two weeks is a good way to see how you’re spending your time. You can use this information to design better days. The spending of time is probably the most valuable meta skill one can have.
