Make the most of it
Since I started tracking my sitting hours I’ve managed to shave of a couple of hours of sitting time a day. If you’re working from home every water and bathroom break is a chance to do a mini workout.
Stretch those hamstrings, do a walking lunge, touch your toes, swing your arms, something… No one’s looking!
And it’s not just your ‘break from sitting’.
Try to squeeze a little bit extra out of every minute. Make the most of it. Make the most of the working hours. The moments with family. And even your time off. Especially when you get a chance to relax, really relax!
