You can’t improve what you can’t measure, or so the saying goes.

And measuring makes things fun.

How many steps did you walk today, can you do more tomorrow.

How many minutes did you spend on instagram, could you do less?

Jerry Seinfeld uses a calendar to keep score. Everyday he writes a joke, he draws a big X across a box, that is. A lifetime of writing jokes from a simple score card.

Is there something you would like to improve? How will you keep score?
