If you look out the window, there is an infinite amount of things we could see. Our attention dictates both what we see, and what we don’t see. I find it’s just as important to think about what we don’t show in our illustrations as well as what we do show.
If we try to show too much, you might end up creating little details that no one will be able to see anyway.
True Story.
Hint : The human mind can pay attention for about 7 things at a time.
Infinite tiny details
I literally struggled with this concept this morning. I was needing to convey a party - a room full of people. I was hoping there was a way to visually summarize it. I enefed up changing the idea- I was too lazy to solve it.
