Monotonus days blend into each other in memory and eventful days seem to streach on. I recond 8 hours of work could be made to feel like four. And four hours of leisure if used well could feel like eight.
The trick to compress the dread of a task is routine and process.
The trick to make enjoyable hours streach on is to fill it with novelty.
And be weary of doing the opposites.
