Like your desk, clutter accumulates in your brain.

Like your desk you periodically need to declutter.

Most brain clutter belong in one of two places:

A to do list.

A reference file.

In either case in order to get the clutter out of your head, you need to write.

In conclusion:

  1. Turn your brain clutter into physical or digital clutter.

  2. Sort it in to a to do list and a reference file

What ever you do don’t keep it in your brain. Keeping clutter in your brain will bog you down stop you from being productive or creative.
