Dividing up deep work

The Fibonacci time blocking method.

I had four projects to work on today. Four categories of projects.

And I had a few hours to spend in the studio.

I divided up the time I spent on each project using a Fibonacci sequence.

5 units of time for the today’s focus project. ( Illustrations )

3 units of time for the secondary focus project. ( Book Illustrations )

2 units of time for Business Development work.

1 unit of time for daily art practice.

It went really well, it was a nice way to manage the energy. I’ll try it again tomorrow but I might swap around the units of time with different activities.
