I spend 20 minutes exercising daily. I like daily things, if I don’t do something daily, over time I tend to forget doing them at all.
I used to spend 40 Minutes, 60 if you count the set up or the trip to the gym, 80 if you include the planning and at least 2 hours if you count cleaning up and being ready to do the next thing.
2 hours is the same amount of time that “Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson spends in the gym.
Unlike Dwayne my life does not hinge on 2 hours in the gym like his does. So I’m contented with the 20 minutes. In those 20 minutes I’m also listening to an audio book, so I’m not fully focused on the workout nor am I fully focused on the book.
But I get through 1 book and a quarter each month, and work out a little everyday.
I don’t think of time as money. But if I did, then I would think that’s good value for 20 minutes a day.
