I went to Daiso this week.
I bought 4 Boxes to store index cards.
They fit nicely into a drawer I have.
Not having a place to store index cards have been a roadblock for me to write any. Now that that is sorted, I’ve started writing index cards again.
I fill 3 index cards a day. One for each Category.
The first is with a quote or principle. A truth or rule gleaned from reading or reflection.
The second is a new concept or idea. A discovery resulting from curiosity.
The third is an insight, template, or prompt. A distilled piece of domain knowledge/expertise.
Each card also has a checkbox, to show if I’ve written a Newsletter about the idea yet or not. This check box turns the collection into a project.
122: Boxes for ideas
That's so cool! If you ever take a picture of it and want to share, please do!
