099: The good advice you already know
Go to bed on time, make it a default.
Take a walk today.
Avoid sitting whenever possible.
Stop eating before you are full.
Limit your screen time, to the extent that is possible. Have a list of go to alternatives.
Spend 5 minutes tidying your room (it’s okay if you go over) This is great at the start or end of your day.
If things are not clicking for you, go back to the basics.

Great list! It’s really amazing how tweaking a few things here and there will help the day go better or end better.
