Imagine you’re a jar of goodness.
Visualise what that goodness looks like?
Now visualise that you are inside the jar, what does it say on the outside?
You can’t say from the inside.
You might be a sauce or sprinkle, but it’s impossible to determine what you are from the inside.
What are you’re most valuable skills? How does what you do affect people?
What undesirable attributes make up part of your mix.
You’re too biased to objectively say.
So.. You need someone, or some people who you can trust, who are on the outside to tell you.
Choose wisely.
Give them permission to tell you.
Listen carefully.
