☕️ One thing that having kids is teaching me is that routines shift, sometimes subtly and sometimes drastically, they are always moving, and embracing the shifts especially as a family is one of the most wonderful feelings I have ever felt.
A bullet journal is a customizable paper planner.
If you’ve never heard of one watch this instead.
And if you have, this video shows a great way to add a habit tracker to it.
I alternate between using a time block planner and a bullet journal sometimes I use a thing called a burner list.
I have 3 options for how I plan my days, and I shift between them as needed.
The burner list is the most chaotic.
And the time block planner is the most stable.
And the bullet journal is somewhere in the middle, and it’s more than a planner, which is both an upside and a downside.
Tell us how you manage your time. Have you tried any of these methods?

085: Flexible Routines
The bullet journal is an absolute game changer - I can run my life with a single notebook. I used to have so many things hanging over me, but since starting to follow Ryder Carroll's method I am so much more in control. Great recommendation, Adam - thank you!
