I am not trying to be a children's book illustrator, but I think you laid out a recipe that could be adapted for so many careers and goals. I'm going to try to turn the dials and make it work for becoming a nonfiction writer. Thanks for bringing us so many great and helpful ideas.

It’s really humbling to have people I admire so much suggest that.
I’m already writing it of course, this IS it, it’s just going to take a lot of organizing and rewriting later on :)
