📝 Food is eating up your time!
And how we approach everyday things…
I was talking to my fine artist friend, he was telling me his simple repeatable routine and how useful it is for productivity.
In ☕️ this month’s discussion thread we’re been talking about the systems and routines aid our creative practice.
In both conversations the subject of food always comes up!
Thinking of food,
feeding the people we love,
all these seem to take up a lot of time and mindshare. For some it’s a challenge, others have found ways to unlock productivity by changing their relationship with food.
If we want better weeks, months and years. The biggest impact we can make is by changing how how we spend our days; how we approach everyday things.
And next to sleeping one of the biggest chucks of time that we can modify to get in not only more hours to work on our passions, but also more energy is the chunk of time we spend eating and preparing to eat.
⭐️ Is there some change you can make to your eating rituals that will energise you creative practice today? Could you do it everyday?
